Screen printing – a tried-and-tested classic with modern possibilities

Screen printing is a fast, precise, and extremely durable method for printing on textile. It is ideal for medium and large production runs where not only durability but also processing quality is important.

We offer single-color and multi-color screen printing with direct inks, including full-color halftone designs. Both plastisol and water-soluble inks are used, but plastisol is usually preferred to ensure that fine details are reproduced perfectly.

Screen printing also allows for a variety of effects: from glitter, reflective elements, “puff” 3D effects, phosphorescent or UV-active inks to so-called discharge printing (bleaching textiles for a soft, non-tactile prints). We would be happy to discuss the possibilities with you in person.

Due to the need to prepare stencils, screen printing is not ideal for individual orders, but for larger quantities it is a cost-effective and high-quality solution.

Embroidery – elegant and durable

If you want your design to literally stand out, embroidery is the right choice. It is characterized by high durability, long life, and color fastness; even after many washes, it remains unchanged.
Embroidery is perfect for sweatshirts, shirts, T-shirts, caps, and fleece. For an even more impressive effect, we also offer 3D embroidery with a plastic effect. We embroider on TAJIMA machines and use high-quality MARATHON threads.
For more complex designs, embroidery can be more expensive, but the results are definitely worth it.

Digital printing – also ideal for smaller print runs

Digital printing is a modern process that allows graphics to be printed directly onto textiles. We use two main technologies:

  • DTG (Direct to Garment) – Direct printing on cotton textile
  • DTF (Direct to Film) – Transferring the motif onto textile material using foil

Digital printing is the ideal choice for individual items or smaller orders with detailed graphics.

For sports and functional textiles, we use sublimation printing, in which the motif is burned into the material without impairing its functionality or breathability. The result is a sharp, rich, and durable print that does not strain the structure of the textile and still looks good even after many washes.

Textile applications – stylish details with practical benefits

In addition to classic printing techniques, we also offer other forms of branding—such as patches, labels, or hotfix (rhinestone embellishments).

Labels can be woven or printed and, compared to embroidery, allow for finer details and a more subtle representation of the logo or brand. They are ideal for labeling products or complementing the design of a collection, for example.

Depending on the type of material and desired appearance, the appliqués are either sewn on or thermally bonded.
